The CIARA blog is the public face of the project Conversational Interaction in Aboriginal and Remote Australia. We will here be providing updates about project developments, research findings, field reports, as well as links to recent publications and presentations etc, hopefully in a manner that is accessible to non-specialists. We will also post musings about conversation in general and its relationships to other forms of interactional talk, as well as posting updates on endeavours relating to the maintenance and revitalisation of Indigenous languages.
